Born in Haiti and raised in the provinces of Quebec and Ontario, I discovered early my passion for understanding the human mind and supporting others through change. That passion eventually led me to fulfill my dream of becoming a clinical psychologist.
For over two decades, I’ve worked across federal, nonprofit, and telehealth systems—serving as a clinician, educator, and strategic leader. Today, I also offer executive coaching grounded in psychological science, helping individuals and teams clarify their vision, overcome barriers, and lead with purpose.
At the heart of my work is a belief in the transformative power of insight. I help people reconnect with their strengths, align their actions with their values, and walk boldly toward a journey of self-actualization.
