Dr. Myriam Glémaud
Clinical Psychologist | Executive Coach | Organizational Strategist
With a career spanning federal agencies, nonprofits, and community health systems, I have led transformative behavioral health programs and strategic initiatives that turn vision into measurable outcomes. I have empowered individuals to reach their highest potential, as well as helping teams work effectively.
My academic path includes a Master’s in Social Work (University of Ottawa, Canada), a Doctorate in Clinical Neuropsychology (Albizu University, Miami), and a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in Health Psychology (University of Miami). As a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, I blend clinical insight with operational strategy to optimize systems, expand access to care, and mentor professionals into confident, purpose-driven leaders.
Coaching is my passion. I guide executives through complex decisions, develop emerging talent, and consult with organizations to align people and processes. My approach is empathetic, strategic, and rooted in growth—designed to unlock potential and elevate performance.
Outside of work, I find inspiration in traveling and meeting new people. I enjoy learning languages and currently speak French, Creole, and English fluently, with intermediate Spanish and basic Serbian. My travel experience has broaden my perspective and strengthen my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds—a skill that enriches every coaching session.
